Royal Ambassador Referral Program

Introducing Royal Ambassador referral program starting October 2020. Royal Ambassador Resident who refers a friend will be eligible to a 25% credit bonus on their apartment rental. When you refer your friends who meet our residency requirements and move into one of our properties.

To be eligible,

• You must be a current resident in any of RA PROPERTIES at the time when your friend moves in.
• The referral bonus will be credited to your account after your friend moved in.
• After the New Resident Moves in, the referral bonus will be credited in your apartment rental account (subsequent month)
• New resident must list you as a referral name on his/her referral source.
• Each new resident may only list one name as his/her referral source.

Referral Bonus won’t be applicable if the new resident has already visited or registered with the property through other sources like property agents, digital campaigns or any other source.
